Ingredients

  • 2 sdm minyak sayur
  • 3 siung bawang putih cincang
  • 1 cm jahe, memarkan
  • 200 gram udang kupas
  • 150 gram daging ayam, iris tipis
  • 5 butir bakso sapi, iris
  • 300 ml air
  • 2 st garam
  • 1 st merica bubuk
  • 1 st kaldu ayam
  • 1 sdm tepung maizena
  • 2 batang wortel, serut
  • 2 lembar kol, iris serong tipis
  • 250 gram mie basah

Cara Membuat:

1. Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bawang putih dan jahe hingga harum.
Masukkan udang, ayam dan bakso, masak hingga berubah warna.

2. Masukkan air, garam, merica, dan kaldu ayam. Didihkan.

3. Setelah mendidih, kentalkan dengan maizena.

4. Didihkan kembali, masukkan mi, masak hingga matang.

5. Sajikan.
