The impressive interior looks to be a cross between that of a Venetian castle and French boudoir, complete with high ceilings, leather, and a white marble island bar that is set to impress anyone who walks into this venue. It gives of the impression that the name Liquid Exchange may be a bit too humble based on their extravagant and elegant ambiance.

Nevertheless, Liquid Exchange is one of those bars and lounges where you can enjoy their surrounds in the afternoon with the natural light coming through its large glass windows or at night when the latest R & B hits are blasting throughout the venue.

Upon glancing at their beverage menu, you will find that most of their signature cocktails are vodka based and served in a martini glass. Out of them all, the one that sticks out the most will have to be the Snickers Martini. This nutty and creamy cocktail is simply delicious especially with the generous amount of vodka and chocolate syrup swirls, a combination that will do the trick for anyone. If you would like to try something less nutty or sweet, Liquid Exchange also serves sour apple, Red Caste, Breakfast and Roojak Martinis.

Liquid Exchange also serves up some good selection of beers and also great snack foods that will surely go down well with the beer such as, nachos, escargot and also Mediterranean spreads such as Humus, Olive Tapenades and garlic tomato spreads on crispy grissinis, or otherwise known as breadsticks.

However if you are feeling a bit peckish, we recommend their main dishes with a good selection of international cuisines to choose from. Their Club sandwich is perfect for lunch, especially the smoked chicken or you can choose their with a generous servings of fries coated in herbs and chilli powder.
