the driver suddenly disappear in the middle of its way and threatenig the customer for being complain

on november 29 2013 my husband booked this travel from kediri to malang.but suddenly in the middle of its way the driver stoped and disappear for about 30mins without explaination.and when i complained this with the travel's office they do nothing.and the WORST part is the driver even threatened us if we continue to comlplain
