We decided to try one of their customer’s favorite as well, the Balinese Nasi Campur, a dish that is pungent with flavor and generous in portion, it has kept its original flavor and presentation without any compromise. The ROOJAK (based on Indonesia’s favorite dessert of fresh tropical fruits dipped in a spicy melted palm sugar) is their signature cocktail with spicy bird chilies and fruits muddled with vodka and liqueur.
