Red Square

Dancing on tables and sofas is the first thing that comes to mind when talking about Red Square. Its move from the first floor to the second, of Arcadia, Plaza Senayan was greatly shunned upon, as some felt as though it had lost its glorious vibe of blithesome partying in tight quarters. Well this is far from true as the now spacious club is still regularly packed to the brim and twice the fun it was before.

Thursdays through to Saturdays is when this place is rocking the most. Nothing is casual and so intense that everyone is guaranteed a Audelightful, Au hangover the next day. Well if you're not on that list, you are definitely missing out. Come at any time you like between the hours of 11pm and 3am and you will find yourself in a Jungle of pure madness. Ladies on the table strutting their stuff and guys on the dance floor absolutely mesmerized by their not so subtle movements. Well the long table which is the center feature of this club, is not just restricted to the female gender and many a time, the men also get up there with less satisfying moves which have less of an impact on the opposite sex, but fun nevertheless. This place just absolutely doesn't care where you're from or how you dance, just as long as you maintain a Audelightful, Au level of composure. Meaning, don't get rowdy or you'll get thrown out Red Square style.

The club serves up a great deal of alcoholic beverages and cocktails such as The Lychee Martini, Red Roska and Grand Cosmopolitan are a number of specialties that guarantee to be quality. But their White Chocolate Martini with a generous sprinkle of white chocolate is by far one of the best cocktails in Jakarta. For those gents who aren't keen on anything sophisticated, then you can always have one of their several beers instead. Always the preferred choice in Red Square for males who have sworn to never be seen without a beer in hand.

For the guys, when you're done dancing for hours on the table and falling off and getting up again and finally waking up the next day with a big smile in bed, you'll realized that you've just been Red Squared! As for Ladies, we'd like to think the same, however we just hope you have a trusting partner or friend to fall on to if things get a wee bit out of hand. In all, a great place to let loose and have an absolutely cracking time. Cover charges apply on Saturdays and Ladies night, and be sure to wear at least jeans and shoes, and a top of course.
