For those Kuey Teow lovers, Eaton provides an array of tasty Kuey Teow dishes with abalone, shark's fin, seafood and many more cooked in the Penang or Singaporean style. Understandably their most famous one is the slightly 'starchier and soupier' version of their Kuey Teow, which is the Scallop Hor Fun. The scrambled eggs, with scallops, vegetables and rice noodles soaking in the the thickening flour soup is simply the best.

For those crazy for Asian hawker style foods, we highly recommend you try the Mee Goreng Mamak which is a famous Malaysian seafood dish using Indian influenced spices, herbs and chilli tomato sauce. There is also Laksa, porridge and nasi goreng available.
