Allium, which in Latin translates to garlic, is obviously the star ingredients in their menu and their chef believes garlic is the basic ingredient used in almost every cuisine.

This chic bistro is known for its homey and comfortable interior with displays of antique furnishings like vintage radio, teapots, cups, and cookie cutters from the 60's era jazz up at every corner. With their concept of home-style cuisine, Allium serves simple comfort foods. In addition to home-style menu, there are several westerns and various desserts worth trying too.

You cant go wrong with Swedish Meatballs and thus that was our first choice. Balls of top quality ground beef served with mushroom cream, lingonberry sauce and potato wedges. If this cant curb ur appetite try the Rice & Beef Stew. It is served with beef and chunks of carrots with a variety of several spices and thick seasonings full of flavours.

If you feel like a hearty bowl of pasta then Fettuccini Alfredo con Funghi or Fussili con il Pangratatto is your calling.

For desserts their Apple Crumble & Vanilla Ice Cream is definitely the mood enhancer. The Apples are stewed with cinnamon, cloves, brown sugar and sprinkled with biscuit crumbs as a final touch. For those who like cheese cake, their Strawberry or Lemon Cheese Cake definitely does the trick. But the ultimate endorphins booster has to be the Nutella Pie which combines peanut butter, biscuit crumbs and chocolate, it is really deliciously nuts!
