Karnivor is a new restaurant & cafe that has just opened three months ago, but already has many visitors. The uniqueness of Indonesian and Mediterranean taste attracts people to visit this restaurant. Added with the open air atmosphere, you can enjoy the cool air of Bandung from afternoon until the evening. They only serve for dinner as they open from 5 pm to 1 am, while on weekends; they open until 3 am in the morning.
The idea behind Karnivor was born from the owner who wanted to introduce new kind of taste, combining Mediterranean with Indonesian taste. The owner expects people to find satisfaction and new experience from the culinary world, with their unique dishes.
Their grilled ribs are the examples. Not like typical grilled ribs with soy sauce, they serve theirs with melted sauce on top of the ribs. They try to give new mindset, by bringing out the taste of the ribs with their condiments, which will make us taste a grilled rib a la Karnivor.
They also try to serve their steaks with steak sauce on the side to increase appetite and sweeten the presentation. This will make us to taste the meat more than its sauce.
In addition, Karnivor also provides a Lamb Fried Rice which is pretty delicious, unique Babylon Curry, Oxtail Soup with very rich Indonesian taste, Lebanon crackers, also Gorilla Punch which has an interesting presentation, fresh orange juice and many more beverages.
The strategic location at the Riau main street helps people to easily find the place. Coupled with its valet service, their service is also friendly and fairly fast. Seeing the current situation in Indonesian culinary world, this will automatically increase people's awareness on taste, price, quality, ambiance and services that they offer.
