RUDE receptionist at Kenongo Hotel. We called them 2 days before because we need to be SURE that there will be a place in triple room when we will come in the middle of the night. The conversation lasted aboud 10 minutes and the receptionist woman assure us, that they have place. So we come to Surabaya and... when we come to the hotel he told us that they don't have triple room AT ALL, the price is higher and the third person could sleep at the floor! That was really rude, he wouldn't help us, give better price (cause we need 2 rooms in that circumstances). When i called the hotel manager, he told me that they have new receptionist, and now it's my problem that we don't have room. No "sorry" no propositions of solutions, NOTHING. And when i start to film, the receptionist suddenly 'forget" english. What a pitful service!!!
