Offering a complete range of teriyaki dish, Teritorri is the first teriyaki chain restaurant in Indonesia located in Area 51 at Pondok Indah Mall. By presenting a homey atmosphere surrounded by lots of wooden cabinets, Teritorri confidently prepares Japanese fusion menu but not forgetting the original ingredients from Japan. Teritorri has a capacity to seat 80 people both indoor and outdoors and also equipped with free Wi-Fi.
For starters we recommend their Soft Shell Crab House Salad a true Japanese salad piled with soft shell fried crab that perfectly brings the yin and yang of freshness and crispiness.
In order to stick to tradition for all their teriyaki menu, lava rocks from volcanic rocks are used at Teritorri to grill all the teriyaki dishes here. Lava rocks are believed to generate a delicious grilled aroma without losing any of the juiciness of the meat. Additionally it does not produce a bitter taste in the meat either. Try their U.S. Rib-Eye Teriyaki Set and you will understand what we mean. The prime-cut beef cooked in lava rocks makes the rib eye meat heavenly juicy and tender. The teriyaki sauce that permeates throughout the meat makes this dish stunning.
In addition to teriyaki, fusion sushi is also offered at Teritorri. The Flaming Dragon Roll is presented uniquely wrapped with aluminum foil which then is slightly burned on the outside for 2 minutes right in your table. This particular fusion sushi contains ebi tempura combined with unagi and avocado, and then served with eel sauce.
Dont even think about exiting Territorri without having a go at their desserts. Particularly the Kakigori, which is a Japanese slush ice mixed with various fruits such as oranges, melons, strawberries, lychees, peaches. Plus it comes served with red beans on top with sweetened condensed milk which is a fantastic way to end your meal.
