Editorial Review
In Singapore, Paradise Dynasty is already renowned for having one of the best handmade hand-pulled noodles (la mian) in town, and also for their over the top soup dumplings (Xiao Long Bao) that come in a variety of flavours such as black truffles, foie gras, garlic, ginseng, cheese, Szechuan and crab roe. These exquisite dumplings originated in Paradise Dynasty and since then, they have been the talk of the town due to their unique and delicious flavours and also for their different colours (representing the different flavours) that make them look like precious gemstones.
As for their hand pulled noodles, choices are endless with sweet and sour and spicy versions. Their special broth make all these dishes unforgettable, as you will experience the sheer flavour of their pork bone soup that has a slight cloudy and milky colour. The rich broth with the silky hand pulled la mian served in an imperial 'piece of art' bowl is a meal that is be reckoned with.
The enticing dishes do not end at noodles and dumplings at Paradise Dynasty. Behold their deep fried pork ribs. The crunchy coating and the savoury flavours simply make you lick your fingers and dive into the next one. It is hard to stop eating them so it is probably a good thing they only come in entree sized portions. Another pork dish that you must try at Paradise Dynasty would have to be their grandiose Braised Pork Belly. Serious gym sessions are mandatory after these 2 dishes.
For desserts, there are variety of cold and light dishes to choose. However, why not top your meal off with the proverbial cherry on top and order their Souffle Egg White Balls which are light and fluffy and have a sweet red bean and banana filling. Simply delish!
Paradise Dynasty's overall triumphant concept is the fact that all of their food is so very affordable. First impressions of their lavish interior, fancy menu, great food, amazing service might mistakably make one think other wise, but you can enjoy their imperial meal 3 times a day without breaking the bank.
