I am sorry Ketut, but I can't agree at all with your review. The Owner is Chinese and tries to rip you off as best as he can. He is selling cheap copy hardware with bad quality (made in China) more expensive than the original Apple hardware and if the Chinese copy product doesn't work he will not refund your money.

I was customer there for long time and bought most of my cables and other stuff here. All was good as long as I had no problem with any of the products. But last week when I bought a HDMI adapter for my iPhone to mirror my iPhone to my TV it didn't work. I showed him in the store that it doesn't work. He also couldn't make it work. So I asked if I can get my money back. He said: NO, it's not possible. I asked why? The adapter is not working? He said NO! I can only give you a voucher that is valid for one month. I told him if he will not give me my money back I will tell everyone and for sure I will not buy anything in his shop again. He said: No, I can't. It would be very easy for him to cash out 450.000 IDR and I will be happy to come back next time to buy electronics. He finally gave me a voucher valid for 2 months also I told him that I will not be in Bali for the next 8 weeks. He didn't care.

Conclusion: You better look for hardware somewhere else! Worst shopping experience in Bali ever! Money oriented view. No customer service at all.

Good place, good owner, good price...kalo gak percaya datang aja ke sana,,mau cari apa aja ada,,termasuk barang2 yang gak umum dijual dipasaran,,gak perlu order dari luar ..percaya deh
