Not sure what happened between start of August when Mr Lu P went there and end of August when I went there but it sounds like a different place. 5 of the 8 tread mills are out of service, tv reception was not working, air-con sometimes works, trainers just sit and chat with each other, sauna not warmed up, drains in showers blocked with hair, towels smell like sweat.......etc. etc.
It was really good about 2 years ago, what a shame. Not sure who own's it but they should have a serious look at how it is being managed.

The instructors are very well informed and knowledgeable, very helpful. The place is very clean, there's a sauna, jacuzzi, really nice chaging room/showers/locker area, the staff are great. Really great value.
