Meskipun setiap kali datang ke Cafe Union mesti nunggu lama sekali, saya sih Ok-ok saja; soalnya buat saya Red Velvet di Cafe ini uenakkkkkk tenaaan.

Servis di dalam resto buat saya juga ok-ok saja; semua pesanan tersaji sesuai pesanan.

Tgl 2 Mei, jam 16.00 saya datang bersama 2 kerabat. Saya order ice chocolate. Nrotiamun sampai waktu satu setengah jam dari yang Union Cafe tetapkan, minuman saya tidak pernah datang dan sampai di meja saya.....meskipun saya sudah panggil waitress untuk menanyakan minuman saya.
jadi selama itu saya makan TANPA MINUM.....
Sajian pembuka berupa roti dengan butter pun kalo tidak diminta tidak diberikan..........
Bad service......meskipun makanannya oke....

Sudah berapa kali main ke Union
awal2 menjadi tempat paling heits dan selalu ramai waiting list
makanya sudah berkali-kali ke sini untuk chill out brunch di siang hari atau hanging around til night

tapi kenapa akhir2 ini service ngeselin yah?
Begitu datang waiting staffnya tampak tidak ada itikad baik atau senyum
responnya cuma "Full sudah ramai"
she didnt even offer a waiting list stuff to us!

berlanjut kita nekad untuk masukin ke daftar waiting list dan apa yang dilakukan staff tersebut
hanya melirik ke staff yang lain dengan kode mata dan tetap jawab "sudah Full"

What the heck?! it's still noon and they didnt even want to close in the evening right?

Mungkin harus tanning bergaya bule atau socialita climber kali yah baru mereka cepet respon naggapin dengan fake smile mereka

so not sincere...
dan langsung yah gue ke Monolog aja deh Sabtu siang itu

Bodo yah mau resto/cafe seramai dan hips banget kalau ujung tombak para tamu yang pertama kali ketemu ga dilatih manner di dalam dunia hospitality the customers will keep running away from this place

I find the review that has been written for this Brasserie so far unrationale given it was slightly reaching a line of assumed propaganda. From the times I have been to Union, I have had a joyful experience and I am always coming back to this cozy joint with my friends for a great night. The food is comforting, the service is friendly and the drinks are amazing. The last time I was there I ordered the fresh oysters (yum!), the steak was cooked to what I ordered which was medium rare and the red velvet cake was the best I've had in Jakarta. I ordered the Pandan Donuts to go and the packaging and the donuts were really impressive, I recommend it to everyone. The price is also resaonable given the location, the design and the quality of the food.

Although I think the consistency of the food and service can be constantly improved, I forgive them because it really has only been opened for a month or so. Other than that, always have the greatest time enjoying my food and my drinks + the setting and decor is something that the people of Jakarta needs.

I found a nasty tricks on this place every crowd on ths place was FAKE they use their self employee and staf suit like an bussines man or exmud.. to sit on table.. and makes the place looks full!

and every time u came to this plc you have to be on "waiting list"
