From the owners of The Goods Cafe comes their latest addition; Goods Diner, The, which is located in the Fairgrounds of the Sudirman Central Business District Bistro. The ex-Bengkel location has undergone a major makeover in recent times and thanks to venues like Goods Diner,The, it has become one of the top hangout places for the young and free who reside in Jakarta. During the weekends, this new venue has been one of the most sought after places due to their startling brunch menu.

Upon entering this diner, you get this vibe that this place resembles a clash of a warehouse and a trendy bistro. This is largely due to their spacious layout, high ceilings and their white brick walls. The large glass windows bring in the natural light and thus makes this place feel quite snug. Once you go through their menu you will feel even 'snuggier' (if there is such a word) as the comfort food is astounding. At the same time you will feel slightly guilty as most of the dishes are quite heavy and calorific, but then after all' isn't that what comfort food is all about?

For Brunch, their main star dishes are the Pancakes, French Toast and Bagels. We must say that Goods Diner, The, is probably the only place in town that serves up Biscuits and Gravy, so if you are a fan of this item or are keen on finding out what it is all about, we highly suggest you heartily dig in.

If you are hankering after a burger, you must try their Coffee Rubber Burger that comes with your choice of beef or pork bacon and is smothered in their homemade barbeque sauce. For drinks you must go for the classic smoothies and the root beer float. They even have a Guinness Float for stout lovers.

Overall the Goods Diner will serve up some really tasty food with wholesome portions. So we suggest bring a hearty appetite or you could always share or bring home a doggy bag.
