Bandung is not a coastal city so that we seldom find fresh and delicious seafood restaurants. But, Parit 9 Seafood solves that problem. This is a restaurant that has existed long enough. They just moved to its new place at Anggrek No. 61 Street, which previously located at Cendana Street.
They serve fresh seafood such as shrimp, fish and live crabs. The restaurant is simple, not too luxurious and has a friendly service. Their fresh seafood is also affordable. You may choose the food directly from the aquarium or containers.
Parit 9 Seafood is located in parallel with the Riau Main Street (R.E. Martadinata Street), so they are easy to find. Their customers are mostly office workers and families. Their specialty is crab dishes. The mild spicy Singaporean sauced Crab is very delicious, you have to try this one. The water spinach or cah baby kailan are also good. You might also want to try their Saus Padang Shrimp or Red Clam. The crispy calamari is good also. For the fish, you may order them to be fried or grilled, depends on your appetite.
