When I tried the crispy Duck at Ubud Dirty Duck, I didn't like it! There were still unplucked hair on the duck when they served. The skin & meat were way too dry ( can't find meat also) & tasteless, and I thought maybe they were meant to be cooked in this way. My next trip to Bali, my gal friend convinced me to try them again & brought me to Warung Eropa. My god.. it was so... good & yummy, crispy & tasty and the meat was just nice & juicy. More importantly, not a strand of hair to be found! I strongly recommend Warung Eropa!
